Most of us seek counselling when we are struggling with ourselves or others and finding it difficult to find a solution or change.

I work with individual clients, couples, and families who seek recovery or relief from trauma, depression, anxiety, substance or behavioural addictions, life transitions, conflict/anger, loss, or relationship distress.
My mission is to provide compassionate counselling, using a down-to-earth, collaborative, and empathic approach with a bit of Buddhist introspection about how we struggle and suffer. I offer sessions both online and out of my office in Vancouver.
