Upcoming Groups or Workshops

(Surviving Trauma through Action, Recovery and Support)

This group is for military veterans, RCMP (active and retired), and/or other first responders who have experienced operational stress injuries including trauma, PTSD, and other mental health and substance use struggles.

When: To be scheduled.

Harm Reduction for Families

This group is intended for family caregivers (e.g. parents, spouses) who are involved with a loved one with chronic addiction and mental illness. You have likely attended a family education group on recognizing addictions or mental illness, learned coping skills and resources. However, recovery is a long dark road as you continue to experience your family member in and out of hospital, treatment centre, and/or jail. This group is intended to provide emotional and mental support and validation, harm reduction for yourself, and ways to foster resiliency and hope.

  • Impact on Self & Family (session 1)
  • Addressing Grief and Trauma (session 2)
  • Harm Reduction for Families (session 3)
  • Transition - Reclaiming Yourself (session 4)

Date and location TBA.

Cost: $200 for four group sessions.

I ask that you are able to commit to all four group sessions. Group limited in size.
